What is the last date to file ITR for salaried individuals?
For most salaried and individual taxpayers, the ITR deadline is 31 July of the assessment year (e.g., 31 July 2025 for FY 2024-25). Late filing after this date attracts a penalty of up to ₹5,000 and interest on any tax due. We recommend filing by mid-July to avoid last-minute server issues on the income tax portal.
What documents do I need for a home loan application?
The core documents are: Aadhaar and PAN card, last 3 months' salary slips (or 2 years' ITR for self-employed), 6 months' bank statements, Form 16, and the property documents (sale agreement / allotment letter). We guide you through the exact checklist for your specific lender so nothing is missed or delayed.
How long does it take to get a home loan sanctioned?
With complete documents, most banks sanction a home loan within 7–14 working days. Disbursement follows after property legal verification, typically within another 5–7 days. We have existing relationships with multiple lenders which significantly speeds up the process compared to applying directly.
Can NRIs buy property in India? What are the rules?
Yes. NRIs can freely purchase residential and commercial properties without RBI approval. Agricultural land, plantation properties, and farmhouses require special permission. Payments must flow through NRE/NRO accounts or inward foreign remittance. We handle all FEMA compliance and loan facilitation for NRI clients without requiring you to be physically present.
I received an income tax notice — what should I do?
Do not ignore it. Every notice has a strict response deadline — typically 15 to 30 days. The most common notices are 143(1) intimations (automated mismatches), 148 reassessments, and 139(9) defective return notices. Contact us immediately with a copy of the notice. We assess the type, prepare the correct response, and file it on your behalf before the deadline.
What is the minimum credit score needed for a home loan?
Most banks require a CIBIL score of 700 or above for home loan approval. A score of 750+ qualifies you for the best interest rates (which can be 0.25–0.50% lower). If your score is below 700, we advise on steps to improve it — such as clearing outstanding credit card dues — before applying.
Do you handle GST registration and business compliance?
